The Regional Technical Group
In each of the country's ten regions, there is a Regional Technical Group that ensures the execution of Program actions at the regional level, under the supervision of the CTG or the Regional Committee as the case may be.
Attributions of the RTG
The Regional Technical Group ensures:
- Providing technical support to partners involved in local and sectoral responses;
- Carrying out supervision missions for the execution of community action plans as part of local responses and sectoral plans;
- Organizing and conducting communication activities for behavior change and social marketing;
- Monitoring the quality of financial management and the information reporting system at the community level;
- Monitoring the quality of financial management and the information reporting system at the community level;
- Preparing the consolidated and budgeted annual action plan and submitting it to the CTG or the Regional Committee as the case may be for approval;
- Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the action plan;
- Processing any file entrusted to it by the CTG or the Regional Committee as the case may be;
- Coordinating epidemiological and behavioral surveillance activities at the regional level;
- Ensuring the monitoring-evaluation of the implementation of the regional program strategy;
- Reporting quarterly to the CTG and the Regional Committee on all its activities.
