Research, Planning, Epidemiological Surveillance and Monitoring-Evaluation Section:
The NACC through the Research, Planning, Epidemiological Surveillance, Monitoring-Evaluation section:
- Ensures the monitoring of collaborative activities with various partners involved in the fight against HIV, including United Nations agencies, technical and financial partners, research institutions and civil society organizations;
- Develops, in collaboration with the Administrative and Financial Management section, the consolidated annual work plans for program implementation, taking into account national priorities, strategic objectives and performance indicators. It ensures compliance with the work plan and adjustment of activities according to the context;
- Coordinates, in collaboration with the Health Information Unit of MINSANTE and the Regional Technical Groups, the collection, analysis and exploitation of programmatic and financial data of the program. It uses monitoring-evaluation tools adapted to the different components of the program, in close collaboration with the Administrative and Financial Management section;
- Ensures the consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports of the program. It includes in these reports the country profile, the mapping of actors and interventions, as well as the results obtained and the challenges encountered. It disseminates these reports to the relevant national and international partners.
